Release Notes:
Ok here we are with our R5 release of 30 minutes or less as the russian source
from the cam was missing we saved our audio for a day like this 
we havnt cut out the 1st minute and we never needed to make 3 cuts where other
encoders had to racing to put this out first 

audio is cam but is listenable cam and goes nice to the release hence the readnfo
check sample before d/l and await the re-encodes
