Seem to have been encoded from mp3's not pure FLAC (no better quality than mp3 version).
Test your FLAC files with Audichecker
http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/audiochecker-check-origins-music-files/
I tested track 04 and there is a 95% chance this file came form a mpeg file, in which case we may as well have the mpeg version.
Remember FLAC is loseless mp3 is not.
