To change the theme:
Double- Click on the Windows Visual Style File OR:
1) Right-Click on your desktop, click on Properties
2) Go to the appearance tab
3) The themes will be listed under Windows and Buttons

please help. I can't change my theme. I had copied the extracted file to C:WINDOWS RESOURCE THEME but till i can't see it in the appearance tab.
