Active MOV Video Splitter is a small but effective Video Splitting
tools. It can cut or convert from MOV, AVI, MPEG, MP4, WMV, etc file
to smaller clips in MOV formats. You can preview and play your video
files directly in the program using the preview window. This allows
you to select the exact frames for the segments. This program
provides different splitting methods to make splitting easy: There is
another splitting mode which provides a way for cutting a video to
several equal parts. You can use Active MOV Video Splitter to split
videos with Fast conversion speeds becuase All encoders/codecs are
built-in.
