Dude, really easy:
1- Extract it
2- Go to the place where you extracted, go to "software" and execute the setup
3- Use any of that keys which are in the "Installing Instructions"
4- Finish the setup, but don't open the adobe after effetcs
5- Go to the place where you extracter, go to "DLL FILES", 64bit and ctrl+c that file (amtlib.dll).
6- Go to Program Files, Adobe, Adobe after effects CS5.5 and ctrl+v there.
OBS.: If you're using windows 7, the folder "adobe" is in Program files(x86) and Program Files. The correct one is Program Files.

Big Question: This version comes with full feature of Media Encoder? like .avi; .wmv;... (Few versions encode only .flv and for mobile devices).
