Adobe CS4 Master Collection Windows ISO FIX

This is just an update to my CS4 Master Collection release, it enables installing from the mounted image or burned DVD

Unfortunately, it must create a NEW image to make it burnable, maybe in the future with more knowledge of .iso files i can get around this for mounting, but for now it works :)

just read the readme.txt for instructions, after my patch does it's work, i included another .exe file that you can use to rename the internal image name to ADBEMST4 after creation of the new image
