Adobe have a 50% off offer atm - went to buy a legal copy of this but found this offer is USA only.... & couldn't buy it with my Oz credit card or paypal.... 3x times the price here.

Contains two files. one is a rar file that wont extract, the other is an executable that says it's not compatible with the version of windows I'm running. I'm running windows 7 and I need a 64 bit version. What is going wrong?
