Sinopsis:



El joven guitarrista irlandés (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) y la violonchelista (Keri Russell) comparten un encuentro romántico una mágica noche de verano en Nueva York. Debido a circunstancias desafortunadas, la joven pareja es separada tras este breve encuentro, dejando como única estela a un niño, August, huérfano por circunstancia. Ahora, August (Freddie Highmore), de 11 años, se encuentra ganándose la vida como músico callejero, bajo la tutela del misterioso Wizard (Robin Williams).
