Aztec Rex, also known as Tyrannosaurus Azteca, is a motion picture by director Brian Trenchard-Smith that stars Ian Ziering. The story follows a fictional journey of a small group of 16th century conquistadores led by Hernán Cortés who encounter a tribe of Aztecs who worship a pair of living Tyrannosaurus Rex.

The film debuted on the SCI FI Channel in 2008. The film was filmed largely on location at Kualoa Ranch on the island of Oahu in Hawaii.
