Extract contents of the archive and place the folder named rar in a desired place.
Install BetterZip and patch it with the crack.

Startup BetterZip and go into preferences.
Click on the Helpers tab and Browse for the rar folder and chose the rar file.

There, now you can handle rar archives to.
