Proud 2B English!

As most of you know, i'm Leah & i've been a football fan since I took my first breath, no, really!
The first babygrow that I was ever dressed in was a Manchester United one bought by my uncle.
There isn't many things in life i'm truly passionate about, but football is one of them!
I have grown up on the terraces supporting my local team Torquay United and also my beloved reds! - I have spent hundreds on tickets, accommodation and travel getting to Manchester and back every other weekend. Me no sofa fan!
I am a girly girl in every sense of the phrase but get me onto the subject of footie and i'll tear grown men to shreds! :D
Just a post to say, I have butterflies as kick off is less than 45 minutes away.
BELIEVE! - COME ON ENGLAND!!!

It always makes me sad to see all those footballers chasing after one ball. If we gave them all a ball to play with we could forever rid the world of the kind of senseless violence that pervades the beautiful game that is caused primarily by ball envy, and who wouldn’t want to see the joy on their little faces when they realised they were all going to get their own ball.

I like a girl who knows her footie. My wife isn't too bad, although last night when Spain were playing she kept calling them Barcelona!

Anyway, being Scottish, I hope to see England hammer Ukraine.

Almost every Aussie male knows that footy and politics are 2 things you should never get into an argument with a woman about.

We Aussies are just as passionate about our footy as you are LJ. No argument from me.
