first off i will apologise for not being here as much as i should have been but i have been a busy bee.

down to the gritty stuff!

i have smoked on 2 nights but they were alcohol induced and i will probably always do that. i woke up both mornings not craving a ciggy so im all good. i have a nicotine patch as well now, if anyone doesnt know the feeling of those then i can sum it up in 3 words... ITCHY AS SHIT! they are horrible for the first hour but after that all is well and i have used my e-cig 2 times today which is a new record.. woohoo!

They banned cigarette smoking in prison here recently and apparently heaps of jokers have been rolling up their nicotine patches and trying to smoke those.
Funny how the mass murderers tobacco and booze just keep getting more expensive and despite all the concrete, negative aspects they continue to produce them and peddle them to us.
A pack of 20 here is nearly $15.00 now and even the replacement patches cost a bundle after the initial subsidised handout.
Population Control I tell ya, get em hooked, crank the price up and bleed em dry of every penny as they smoke and drink their way to an early grave.
