Well, this'll gimme something to do while I eagerly wait to take my laptop to a technician tomorrow. Methinks I busted it pretty bad, and I only hit it once (my internet was really pissing me off). Hopefully the hard drive wasn't damaged, it'd be karma kicking my ass if it was. I should probably at least attempt to control my anger, but sometimes things happen on complete impulse. And if I lose everything, I'll have to spend another few months just trying to get back everything that I had (at least 20 gb of music alone). I guess there was some good today. I got to see my girlfriend and am now a Verified Uploader :). I suppose that's it for now. Byebye.

Gratz on being verified. Hope that the hard drive survives the smack of death you laid down on it tongue But if it did not you are at the right place to get all your music back biggrin

Actually, not all of it. At least a quarter of the albums on my laptop aren't on KAT.

Do you have an external hard drive? Might be a good idea to back up everything you have to one. I for one learned from experience when my old Windows 95 (or 98?) crashed on me, and I lost my Paint drawings. cry They were awesome I tell you! They almost looked Photoshop worthy.

I do, but need a USB cord for it. Haven't gotten around to looking for one though. I was thinking of getting an enclosure device to use the hard drive as an external hard drive to extract all the downloads off it if I still can.
