Question 46posted 12 Jun 2012, 15:12Stupid things Tax are different in many countries, i think there is pretty stupid things to pay tax for. Take my country for example, we have carbon tax and thats just another way to make money in my eyes, to make this more clear to you i can say that its like this: The more smoke that comes out of your cars gazpipe the more tax you have to pay. We are the only country in the world with that type of tax. It kind of makes me angry to in a way and i can't do anything to change the tax eather Grrh. So my question for you now is: What stupid things do you have in your country and only your country? the answer does not have to be about tax. |

In Britain it used to be law for Hackney cabs (London Taxi’s) that they should have a bale of hay in the back of the vehicle at all times and this law was only done away with in 1976. The reason being that carriages used to be horse drawn, and hay had to be carried to make sure the horses were properly fed when they were working.
As for stupid things in this country that are not a legal issue and do not exist in other countries I honestly can’t think of anything. Stupidity can be found anywhere you find people, and if we came up with something really stupid you can be sure we would quickly import it to the rest of the world; like we did with football, (soccer) and you don’t get much stupider than that game.

Since being elected Prime Minister, Gillard has screwed our country to the wall way worse than an amateur builder.
