Here in the Philippines, this is one of our most favorite dish. Adobo! It's chicken and pork on soy sauce and vinegar.

Hmmm I have no idea at all what that pink stuff or the green stuff is in your picture lady Mas but I would try it. (I might pinch my nose and close my eyes with the green stuff though)
Not really sure that Britain has a national dish to be honest. When I lived in Scotland I ate haggis a lot and still do but not sure England has a national dish. Roast dinner with beef perhaps or maybe a steak and kidney pudding, not sure but I love both of those, usually anything that has gravy on it is good in my opinion.
