Assume, someone uploaded an ISO image of Windows 7 'in trial form' to BitTorrent network, without any modifications added to that image. No cracks, no keygens & no other illegal stuffs, but just a pure torrent of the official trial ISO image of Windows 7.

And further, he links to the official product page of Microsoft in the torrent description & strongly encourages the downloaders to buy the product from Microsoft officially. Could this act be called as piracy? And if it isn't piracy, could his torrent spared from DMCA takedowns?

I think trial softwares are generally called as 'Sharewares' unless noted otherwise, right? If this is actually piracy, how could several Computer Magazine publishers could distribute trial softwares in their DVDs without written consent from owners of that software?

I feel the need for a notification system whenever a user comments on our torrent uploads/blogs & even quotes to our posts in forums. As of now, KAT.ph lacks such a good notification system. It's not that hard to make it working though. KAT.ph already has a good notification system for PMs. Just modify its source for to match the new objectives & voila, it's done!

Microsoft has discontinued the 'Live' branding in all products including Windows Live Essentials & it's now simply Windows Essentials 2012.
