School and My Future :)

For those of you who don't know, I'm Alex, I'm 16 and i have "unofficially" left school. Although i have two exams left, History (Tomorrow) and Resistant Materials aka Metalwork and Woodwork (27th June). THEN i will have FINISHED SCHOOL FOREVER!

But then comes Sixth Form, if you are American or another nationality apart from English... Google it ;)

I'll be spending two more years studying ICT and Spanish .. because i absolutely LOVE those subjects. As soon as i finish my last exam on 27th June, i will be more active within the community and WILL be making/ starting/ attempting signature design and will hopefully progress further within the arty side of things.

I will also be making YouTube Videos when i finish my exams. I will be doing General PC Gameplays, Possibly Xbox aswell (if i can afford an HD PVR :S).

That's all i can think of at the moment.

I have finished my history exam about 3 hours ago .. i think it was "okay" but i never do well in history .. all i know is that Hitler was a bad man! tittertitter

Also, my mum has been nagging me to get a job . i hav been 16 for a little over 2 months .. i might spartan kick her down the stairs.. titter

I'm not really sure what i want to do as a career, i just know what i love.
I'd LOVE to be a YouTuber as a full time job but severely doubt it'll happensad tittertitter

Personally, I think it's a lot better to quit school early and do what you love, than to stay longer and be sucked into a boring job you don't like. I'd have left a long time ago if I didn't like (some of) my classmates and my job didn't require it.

It sounds like you got your future all laid out in order. Best of luck to you in whatever you decide to do later. How does it feel being a teen fresh out of school? when I was about your age (many millions of years ago), I was working (a shitty job but meh it beat the dole at the time), made some drastic changes, and I have done a fair bit but my life is not over yet (I still got a few miles left on the clock so to speak).

As my old man used to say (when he was sober - which wasn't often) "you got your whole life ahead of you, enjoy it, and don't go getting some girl pregnant, otherwise you will end up paying child support for the rest of your life" (he was crazy)

the best thing about school is finishing it!
you learn a lot more OUT of school than you do while you're in it.
