HI, I installed the game using Daemon tools, also copied the deviance into the folder "C:Program FilesActivisionCall of Duty 2" (in my case), the multiplayer works fine but when I try to launch single player it gives insert cd/dvd. Please help. How do I crack it? (I think I already did)
