When i start the game an error appears: "revolt_on.ini not found"

Search for the missing file online, Then download it and place it in your game directory, Mine is placed in here. C:Program Files (x86)Sid Meier's Civilization V. Just place the file in there and it should start up :)

part 2 is unzipable somebody got a soulution ? when i try to unzi p somewhere part 2 a message comes and say :Files fail crc checks

I decided to do a search on the missing textures and I seem to have come across the key solution about Babylon:

well, the background worked... the races didn't load.
even when i fixed the leader tables it didn't work
it would be great if someone could upload the SDK too!

i get it to start and everything but once in game i get the gods and kings background and map types but i can not choose any new leaders how come?
