We decided to make a thread about new things that we are adding to KAT, just to make sure that you won't miss them. So this week we have.
- Multiple IE8 fixes, the website from now on is more friendly to the users of this browser;
- Search Trends - on this page you can check out what are the most popular searches and even see the changes due to last weeks dynamics symbols;
- Kickass People - Admins, Mods, Super Mods and Uploaders! The whole crew on one page;
- Also from now on we have 4 different types of moderators - Super Moderators, Moderators, Site Super Moderators and Site Moderators. The last two types of mods can make changes on the website only (not the community).

Hi everyone!
We expect to add lots of new features this summer so keep an eye on our blog if you are interested; this week we have:

1. Tagcloud was optimized for better results and from now on it can be hidden with a special button.


2. Reported torrent sign now arrives in comments.


(anyway our mod team works so fast, that you won't even see any of these :))

3. And finally we added a special defense mechanism for mass actions. From now on if any kind of action like commenting or likes is performed too fast, the website will block the user with a shot timeout. Normal users will hardly get such timeouts, but this will definitely be a huge issue for spammers.


Plus the usual bugfix.

I'm glad to hear this because i really like an idea to help my native speakers to find they way in our community and simplified them surfing trough KAT

June was mostly dedicated to work on the inner part of the website, so we have not much visual updates.

1. Film quality versions can now be seen on the movie page and on the movie torrent page.



2. We reworked the social groups according to and from now on they are more usable.
