Having Trouble Downloading?? The Wizards are trying to fix the problem.03 July 2011, 19:40 (1 year ago)
How to download using the magnet Link: https://kat.ph/community/show/16878/
The trouble lies with Torcache and not Kat. Kat use's Torcache for caching torrents http://torcache.net/ When Torcache goes down we can normally switch to Torrage another torrent caching service but the trouble is it can also be overloaded with traffic attempting to access the service http://torrage.com/ when the other goes down. Most large torrent sites use the service of a caching site because we/they don't have to operate a tracker and store the torrent files.Cost is also a big reason as running your own tracker is not cheap and some might argue that this decentralized setup will reduce the legal liability for site owners since their part in the BitTorrent chain has been significantly reduced.. Meanwhile you can use the magnetic link, that horse shoe looking tab located on the left of the download tab. It's just as easy: left click it, it will give you the option to chose opening with your download client such as bittorrent, or your browser. Choose the client. and proceed as usual. Thank you for your patience. Kickass Torrents The trouble lies with Torcache and not Kat.
