so when you record the vids, how much does it take up on your HDD on the average?like say for about 5 minutes
I've been using Cyberlink Power Director to edit various video formats. I'm pretty new to it but it seems pretty easy to use & it's got all sorts of tools on there including capture.
Found it on KAT somewhere, might be able to sort you out a link if you need? darkneSS20540
I'm sorry but Norton's bullsh^t... Please use Kaspersky, it's at least 50% more efficient and 300% less space consuming

Usually when you straight-cap a show from the TV LIVE as it is brodacast (or whatever source--VCR Tape--semi-LIVE Capping) it is usually capped in RAW data: Uncompressed Video (BMPs) and Uncompressed Audio (PCM WAV either at 44000b/s OR 48000b/s--about 44K or 48K/PER SECOND) This will take up A TON of HD Space recording for an hour (minus commercials) or an hour (about 45m without commercials, usually cappers record the commercials along with the show and just edit them out using VirtualDub or other video editing software) will take up ALOT of HD Space for one show when capped "in the RAW" |
