 HOW 2 UPLOAD & SEED A TORRENT WITH UTORRENT CLIENT  The amount of users that do not know how to upload and seed successfully is happening more and more as this site gets bigger and this makes things frustrating for other users that try to download and get dead torrents as we call them. before i go ahead with writing how to make a torrent ready for seeding i will give 3 simple rules that should be decided on and followed before seeding and wasting your time and other users that are looking to you for your share of uploads. 1. always be sure this is what you want to do as torrents are like a well heated marajuana plant. they take time and some work to get them to grow dont give up on them. 2. You can keep your computer on and running for 3 to 4 days for users to get your torrent and start seeding themselves to help you along the way. sharing is caring and as a new uploader you will figure this out and care more for other uploaders in the process. 3. the file shall be kept in a safe place on your computer and wont be moved as this will be needed in the future if someone wants a reseed. HOW TO MAKE A TORRENT This is how we start the process off you cannot just upload an original file to KAT it has to be made into torrent format to be uploaded..... to do this 1.OPEN uTORRENT 2.GO TO FILE / CREATE NEW TORRENT [a window should open up] 3.SELECT SOURCE : click add directory [ here you will be able to find the file which you wish to upload then select the folder] 4. TORRENT PROPERTIES where it says TRACKERS: add the trackers you wish to use and if these need updated find new trackers on this page CLICK HERE..... feel free to copy and paste them but make sure there are spaces inbetween them.. udp://tracker.istole.it:80/announce udp://tracker.feednet.ro:80/announce udp://fr33domtracker.h33t.com:3310/announce udp://tracker.publicbt.com:80/announce udp://11.rarbg.com/announce udp://ipv4.tracker.harry.lu:80/announce 5. under OTHER Make sure the START SEEDING box is ticked this is important!! 6. click CREATE & SAVE AS another window should open in a few seconds check that the title of the torrent is correct and direct it to the same place the actual file is situated then click SAVE 7. click CLOSE 8. find the TORRENT FILE you just created it should be found in the same folder as the original file you just used to make it... 9. Double click the torrent file and utorrent will automatically start up the downloading/seeding process....    can I add trackers to an existing torrent? and how many can there be at a time?
