The secret for me has always been exercise. Once you ride a bike for an hour or two, lift weights, treadmill or whatever your thing is...once you're finished you feel good and the last thing your body wants is junk or excessive food. The more you work out the better your diet becomes naturally. For some reason when I get inactive, I also eat more. Walking is also a great way to shed weight. Take the stairs instead of elevator, walk to the store instead of taking the care, etc. go to a park.
