The secret for me has always been exercise. Once you ride a bike for an hour or two, lift weights, treadmill or whatever your thing is...once you're finished you feel good and the last thing your body wants is junk or excessive food. The more you work out the better your diet becomes naturally. For some reason when I get inactive, I also eat more. Walking is also a great way to shed weight. Take the stairs instead of elevator, walk to the store instead of taking the care, etc. go to a park.

just plain old excercise and healthy eating.... when you are exercising you have to push yourself, no pain = no gain...

Work 9 hours from monday to friday then go to graduate school on saturday. spend your sundays preparing for work and doing research papers for saturday's class. trust me, it's super effective.

Forget fancy diets, cut massively down on the amount of easy carbs you eat - sugary stuff, pasta, bread biscuits and that sort of thing. Try to avoid making up for it with fatty things, Snack on lean meat like chicken, beef etc and eat as much as you like of meat, beans and vegetables.
Give yourself one day off per week to eat whatever you like, to help you stay well behaved the rest of the time.

Excercise doesn't help you lose weight so much as makes it easier to maintain through a better level of fitness, so get some excercise too, but don't assume an hour on the treadmill = half a kilo of weight loss! :)

STEP 1 : EAT HEALTHY > MORE FRUITS , MORE VEGETABLES , LESS MEAT, NO CHEESE , NO OIL , NO SOFT DRINK! ONLY DRINK WATER

STEP 2 : RUN ( 45 MINS TO BURNING FAT ) 3 TIMES A WEEK ATLEAST

STEP 3 : LIFT WEIGHTS
