basketball. all the workout you need for the whole body. do that for about an hour or 2 a day. and eat less and when you do eat, eat healthy food. amino acids do help make turn fat to muscle, take some before ya workout. bout a month of that and you'll be feelin and lookin better. it aint easy and remember if it hurts it works. an inspiration also helps, and your goal, set your mind on that. good luck.
...if you got a million bucks though just go to hollywood, they'll take care of that. you could be an olsen twin in a week. that meant skinny btw, u could be skinny in a week ![]() Last edited by MOST_WASTED4606, 1 year ago Our brains are different. Some people's brains don't tell the hunger to stop even after eating plenty of food. Some of us, like the guy in the image, self-indulge and just eat because it's a learned selfish habit. That's why just "going on a diet" is nearly impossible for many people. It's a mental issue first, and the mental issue must be addressed. You've got to feel good about yourself. That is why many people here say exercise works for them, because positive activity makes for positive attitude, and that new feeling of wellness helps you eat properly. Once you have healthy activity and eating habits, your whole life changes b/c you "feel" better about yourself.
Eat less and be critical about sugar and fat !
Stick to three meals a day and keep the portions small(er). Start exercising for a least an hour a day. Learn to sweat, get exhausted. MOST IMPORTANT: STOP KIDDING YOURSELF ! However, a lot of advice does work for the wrong reasons. There's a couple good books by Gary Taub on the flaws in our concepts of dieting, they are not really diet book, more critiques on the bad science involved. Worth a read, and not only if you want to lose weight. Not sure if it's the brain that tells insulin for fire or some gland, but it's certainly a physical condition that a small segment of people are afflicted by. It reminds me of a scientific experiment where mice had their brains damaged in certain areas and the mice became obese, thus linking some physical brain maladies to overeating. Good stuff thanks for your post. It points out that there is no silver buller solution.
Last edited by SirSeedsAlot52805, 1 year ago I've lost four inches around my waist by just not drinking soda and only eating a salad and fresh fruit for lunch. a small high protein breakfast and I eat anything I want for dinner, just a smaller portion. Don't forget to eat a small snack every two hours to boost your metabolism and make it burn hot and fast something like a granola bar, a small yogurt or a hand full of peanuts, or beef jerky. It only took me a month to lose all that, now i need a new belt to keep my pants up, and my brother who is my biggest critic, even says that I'm starting to look good like when I was younger. Good luck sunnyone119
