ripping audio from mp4

i have a dvdrip from some concert dvd , i would like to rip the audio so that i can play it in my car

problem is , my car radio can not play mp3's , so it has to ripped to a format that's compatible with all cd players

The first thing is noticed is the low quality of the music so converting that to Wav isn't going to sound very good but passable.. i.e WAV full specto would be around 22khz where this will be 17/18 with a dip around 13... anyway

Just add the file and deselect video and rip to audio.
also where it says 48hz turn that into 44,1hz
with the audio use windows to burn to disc..

I know the source quality is not the best , but its all that's available
the better sources are all dead torrents

Just convert it using Freemake audio converter.
It's probably the easiest and best software that I've used to download and convert.
http://www.freemake.com/
(Note that the Freemake audio converter is just for converting audio to a new format. Get the regular converter for this, not the audio converter).
