First gig was The Jam at the Glasgow Apollo in 1978. Most memorable was U2 with The Pretenders, UB40 and Big Audio Dynamite in the Bernabeu Stadium Madrid 1987 (7 Quid a ticket)lollollollol

Metallica March16,1992. The Where Ever I May Roam Tour. Orlando Arena, Orlando Florida. "An Evening with Metallic/No Opening Act"
Just three hours of balls to the wall Metallica in their absolute prime.

After there was something like $40.000 worth of damage to the Arena. This was when the Arena was only a year or two old. We are talking seats ripped out of concrete ect. There was an usher hung over the second floor balcony by the ankles. The band forked over the cash without question stating that Orlando had been the best, craziest show they had played on the tour and they thought it a privilege to pay for the damages. I think it still holds the record for the most damage caused during an event at the arena.

Definitely the loudest show I have seen, and I have seen many. AC/DC was a close second, they just didn't have the thundering bass and double bass drums.
