 Being a die-hard sci-fi fan i watched most of the good [and bad] movies out there on the internets, so I thought you guys could recommend me some good [or awfull] ones i haven't watched yet ^^

   Dune (2000) and Children of Dune (2003) Sci-Fi channel mini-series that was way closer to the books than the original movie done in 1984.
Demolition Man (1993) Action 'cop' movie taking place in an advanced future setting. Entertaining and funny. Event Horizon (1997) Horror in space. Pretty dark. Fantastic Voyage (1966) Classic sci-fi about a science team shrinking and journeying through a man's body to save his life. Flash Gordon (1980) Campy but Very entertaining. Soundtrack by Queen, can't go wrong there. Galaxy Quest (1999) Great sci-fi involving a cast of "Star-Trek-like" actors taken to space by aliens to fulfill their acting roles. Monsters vs. Aliens (2009) Yeah it's CGI, but how much more sci-fi can you get than "Monsters" vs "Aliens"? That and it's damn funny. Space Battleship Yamato (2010) Make sure you grab a version dubbed in your native language. The Fifth Element (1997) This is 15 years old. Holy Crap. But if you don't find 20 things to like about this movie, I'll eat my LCD. The Last Starfighter (1984) If you've ever played a video game and thought, "I can so do this in real life now.", here ya go. The Thing (2011) and The Thing (1982). Yes. In that order. Titan A.E. (2000) Yes, it's animated, but no less awesome for that. And a killer voice cast. Total Recall (1990) Before the remake hits theaters, catch the original starring the Terminator. That ought to keep you busy for a while.  Got em both on the Hard Drive but keep putting off watching. They were supposed to combine the last two books in the series into one Movie named Evening, or is it Twilight Watch, but it doesn't look like It'll ever be made. Guess I'll just break down watch the two Movies then I'll have to find and Read (Shudder) the last two Books.
. ever seen Night Watch? It's Russian and has a good story and some really cool special fx. Torrent: Night Watch[2004] DvDrip[Eng] and if you like that the follow up movie is Day Watch Not sure if it's any good but I'm thinking of checking out "Primeval". I've been Fighting all Month to keep the Wife and Kids from eating all My Bandwidth Cap so I can download The Primeval Series. They have (5) Full Seasons out on torrents now. . PBS only bought like 4 Episodes to Use during (Begging Money) Time. They keep playing Them over, and over, and over. But Thank God They did, or I never would have heard of it. . Don't know if anybody ever recommended Serenity yet, but It's 7.9 Star rating on IMDB doesn't do it justice. It's a Definate Must Watch. Don't know if you have seen Falling Skies or not. I just got something in the pit of the stomach while watching that. I also saw District 9. Pretty awesome movie. I also felt the same knot in the stomach while watching that one as well. I wish they would have added a bit more than that or made another one.
