Event Horizon , Pandorum are good combo ,Moon (with Sam rockwell) if you don't mind "old" stuff Tarkovsky's original solaris , you probably did watch the whole alien series , mission to mars , red planet. So many out there but those are the ones i re-watched recently so enjoy

1984, a tv flick that's far better than most of the sh### you'll see in the theaters, and it will make you think (if i remember well, that's what I love in Sci-Fi)
primer (uk movie without any special FX and yet, one of the best SF movie ever)
