I have a Macbook and recently it seems to be getting the pinwheel on a regular basis, especially when using sites like KAT. My Mac is a couple of years old now but I try to keep it in running order as much as I can. The pinwheel is driving me crazy so any suggestions on what I should try to stop this painful experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It's the equivalent of the egg-timer you get on a PC when it's busy.

I think this is what Microsoft's egg-timer should look like when it's looking for a solution to your problems...

Don't know much about Macs but I assume there is an equivalent to checking what programs are running and using resources. Check when on certain web pages and see if something is using up all your resources and also remember that even Macs get flu's!!biggrin

I think my mac has 'man-flu' as it seems like it wants to curl up and cry like a baby lol. bikers1233443 link looks useful so hopefully I can find a solution there.
