This morning I headed out to the little bakery just down the street from my place to get my morning croissant. I started to order my usual cappuccino when I noticed written on the board "Cappuccino Cioccolato". Chocolate cappuccino?! Never noticed that on the board before. New I asked? Yes we're trying it to see how it goes. Hmmm...let's give that a whirl. Took my first tentitave sip...taste buds went What's this? Another sip and taste buds started dancing on my tongue. I was afraid to take a bite out of my butter croissant for fear my taste buds would revolt. Another sip and my entire mouth was singing the praises of cappuccino cioccolato! If my local boulangerie stops selling this I'm going to die...or else learn how to make it myself...whichever is easier.

Dear Mr. Valentine's Day from undisclosed location somewhere in Europe. Find yourself a shop where they sell a food called "Ras Malai" and have a taste. assuming they make it taste like it tastes here, your taste buds will be on their heads spinning in happiness like a hyperactive bboy
