I have been trying to download for a full day now through KAT. I can download the torrent file but the file is not actually starting to download. The status says "run" but nothing is happening.
Just wondered if there is something wrong with the site or the 5 links I am trying to download.
I did a test download through another website and it works to prove that it is not through our computer or network.
We have used KAT for many years and have never experienced any problems.
Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Is anyone else having trouble connecting to trackers?

Bittorrent clients have been having some issues as of late, check on their forums as this may be a redundant problem with their client

no problems here and I have been at it for a bit now.
Some torrents will have outdated trackers so it will be a red bar rather than green but it still downloads fine. Have you installed IVP6 in BitTorrent? check your logger tab when you go to download and that will tell you the problem.

There was an updated download of QGet so once updated and installed everything is running perfectly :)

just a curiosity.... i hav 28 torrents uploading on kick ass yet the torrents for the most part say 0 uploaders and 0 downloaders..
both are untrue on all counts as i upload 24/7 and i see the speeds people are getting off me plus i also see 5 - 50 seeders on all of my 28 torrents on utorrent
..i was recently declined a varified uploader status due to this problem....now i kno its not my end is a see the amount og GB's i upload each and evey day.......
any suggestions or can the site admin fix this problem as some of my uploads are resent but some are several months old all of which are seeded by at least 1 seeded who is me

If you are seeding a torrent, but ppl who's upload from you, they delete and not keep torrent file, that can be a hell of a good reason for you to be the only one appear as pear.
On the other hand, you can go to specific torrent that you have seeding, and click on "Technical" on your Right >> then >> Next to "Trackers" click on Refresh

but the fact is all uploads in the last few months say no seeders and have said the same since day 1
therefore again i ask if the admin can fix this problem or even pm me
