 I get this page after i go to 'Community'. The 'New Thread' option is not available here...  TimeBandits15931
Hi, Once you click Community then click on a thread topic then you will see new thread option (almost top right).
 user can not create a blog....... unless they become...Kat Staffs,Super Moderators,Torrent Moderators ,Translators, Kat Elites ,Super Users and Verified Uploaders
