help with uploading a torrent with bittorrent

i need some information on some things i know theres this thread https://kat.ph/community/show/27780/?page=9
but is it the same for bittorrent and i can see on bittorrent that it has trackers already there do i remove them do i have to add trackers
and what is web seeds

Hey buddy , u should add trackers, there is no problem but better if u give them those trackers only...it's good for the torrent......
