So I just went to bestbuy.com and this is what I see:

because of the free shipping ad. It says free shipping on ALL items but at the end there is an exclusions apply message. So it is not all ITEMS it is almost all items.

Haha thanks exactly it image Why can't they just say it normal instead of trying to trick people.

Just goes to show that websites are created/maintained by humans who often don't work for the companies they maintain websites for, let alone even know what the @#$% the website is for in the first place.
