Uploading info... newbie...30 July 2012, 02:42 (9 months ago)
Hello All,
Forgive my ignorance as I'm not new to the site, but am a new profiled user. I have quite a few 720 to 1080 movies on file that I'd like t share, but after reading some of the FAQ's an what not it says the more info on the file the better. Some of these were ripped ages ago, some given by friends. Do you only accept stuff that user's themselves have ripped (or at least prefer that) because I can include screen shots and everything else myself? Secondly, what software would you recommend for ripping since my hardcopy collection is over 600 blurays and dvd's? Lastly, as a torrent user I've never gotten any notifications from downloading but does my chance get higher as an uploader (possible ways to minimize)? Mac OS X user, Macbook Pro (the good one)... Thanks in advance every one!!! ![]() Hello All, Forgive my ignorance as I'm not new to the site, but am a new profiled user. No, of course not but the more accurate the info are the better (and when you do the rip yourself you know pretty much everything about it). If you want to be a Verified Uploader this is important, to do own rip's (not always but sometimes) and giving correct info. But as long it's legit and the basic info is OK... upload it! And welcome. :) Last edited by SonOfWinds5198, 9 months ago SonOfWinds5198

well, you could google "good dvd ripping software for macs", get a couple of names and then plug them into our search bar. then check out stuff by verified uploaders like: ChingLiu32883 ; thetazzzz4938 ; blaze698865 or chattchitto22125 .
. if you do decide to download a program with a "keygen", you need to disable your security program before you download it--otherwise the system will flag it as a virus and quarantine it and you won't be able to use it. just don't forget to turn it back on right after the d/l completes! that's why I only download "keygen" programs from uploaders I have extensive experience with. . if you decide to download a program with a crack for registration, you need to be disconnected from the internet before you install it and make sure to uncheck any box that allows the program to automatically update itself in the future. that will (most times) allow the company to notice it's cracked and they will disable it. . hope this helps! thanks for wanting to share and I look forward to your uploads. ![]() |
