This worked the other day but no promises try logging out then logging back in and if that doesnt work try running the upload page in compatiblity mode (:

Sounds like a site bug that comes back sometimes. I will report it the site tech. We'll put it in his hands.
Meanwhile, maybe wait a few hours. This can clear up on its own sometimes.
