You are allowed 600 pixels total so if you wanted to go 400x200 that is fine 450X150= 600 pixels that is fine. Just do not exceed the max of 600 pixels.

Would my current one be allowed? I had the user widget in between the bars but it never used to load for me and forgot it was there... But it seemed it loads for others, so I removed it.
