Are we getting them back..yes or no?

I say no and this is why.If this update had been planned meticulously there would have been:
A:communication with the key stakeholders ie; US to forewarn us about the impending changes to the system.I received a PM which went site wide to remind me to vote for a signature comp.Why wasn't there one to let us know big changes were afoot?
B:the migration of data ie; reputation points would have happened by now.The beloved points are merely a value in a database and if they could they would have been exported to the new database by now,it really wouldn't take this long if planned correctly.
Added to that there has been zero communication from any technical staff regarding the changes and the restoration of anyone's rep points,not even a "we're working on it"
I am done caring however I feel for those who are still holding out hope things will be returned to the way they were before. Once again, I say if I am incorrect about all this then I will be happy to admit it as it will mean a lot of people are happy. Going forward I Would like to have an opt out option for this reputation points scheme as I feel this recent update and the removal of points has undermined its credibility.

Mine Was 480+ now its 300+ plz help.....
