It was a remarkably popular drug in the 60's, and seems to have gone out of fashion. Or has it? Personally I love the stuff. Not too much, and not too often. But I find it enlightening and a generally positive experience. Anyone else have a view or experience to share?

It was big again in the 90's, early 00's and is back again now. Its popularity is partly attributed to the price, very cheap. I used to take a bit when I was younger but prefer "mushies" now. More natural and organic trip. A warmer trip, if that makes sense.

I totally understand that. I found mushies can be a little bit risky, they do contain toxins, where acid is totally clean and as safe as you feel. Up here in tropical Oz mushies are hard to come by and super expensive. In the west people give them away.

I have tried it a couple of times but had a really bad experience .

Well i'm down south and they are a winter pleasure!! lol.... I actually think the opposite as you in regards to ingredients of both. You never know whats in a trip...Rat sak or the like but if you know your mushies then your all good. We have four different kinds here (prob more but i'm no botanist!) and we will normally have at least a couple of nights a year on them.

Yeah ive had a few in my day and given the shrooms a good go also.Lifes short play hard,i dont want to be one of these people who live life wrapped up in cotton wool and end up dying of nothing.I havnt done it in years now and if anyone is thinking of trying it i suggest small amounts to start off with till you know whats its all about - too much of anything is a bad thing
