 adding a section? for a regional language?! are u serious mate?  ...then KAT would have thousands of sections if they start creating dedicated sections for Regional Languages tooI think, you don't have proper information about "Bengali" language. Yeah, it's a regional language in India, but on the other hand, it's the National Language of Bangladesh. The number of Bengali speaking persons around the world as per data published in Wikipedia are... [Wiki-1] [Wiki-2] [BBC] 1997 = 185 million (7th position in World) 2008 = 230 million 2012 = ??? In 2008, total number of Bengali speaking person around the world were 230 million where the total number of population of USA were 304 million same year.
