 use these software this are great follow Hunter and wolf suggestion ... i also use it.But with out this software if u wish , u can make sample for film by using VLC ..too. Last edited by Thhaque119790, 8 months ago   sometimes when i rip films theres a bit i want to cut at the end that goes on for to long. i use windows. thats why i need to use something to cut bits out. For a basic edit/cutting program (I assume you just want to chop the end credits of a movie, use either Windows Movie Maker (Standard Issue with Windows Vista/7 or VirtualDub (Old Skool Simple Editing proggy)  whats the best software to edit films cut them make samples add stuff so on but still keep the film as a avi yes hello ! this is the only video editor that i use . [ this is great when audio is out of sink ] it will finalize your video to the format that you choose . very few special affects . mainly just bacic audio and video editing .
