FOR THOSE HAVING TROUBLE UPLOADING GIF PICTURES.
THE SOLUTION IS QUITE SIMPLE..
THE IMAGE MUST BE THE FILE SIZE
100X100
AN IMAGE THAT IS 100X51, ETC... WILL NOT WORK..
SO MAKE SURE THE DIMENSIONS ARE EXACT AND AS KAT WANTS THEM.

tried it, still the same error, file either too big or not a valid image, I'm suprised nobody is giving this thread attention, If were both doing something wrong please someone let me know, If not than can someone address the issue ?

You should have no more problems

How it works ok is this.
When you upload a pic to KAT you are using their servers to host your pic along with all the other stuff.
The forum software limits the pic/avatar etc etc to a given size so that you are not stretching the forum resources.
Images like sigs are hosted on sites like Photobucket, to see this simply click on any given sig and click View Image Info.

In fact you are hosting that chick with the tattoos on photobucket right now mate.
