go on then tell us what they taste like ?
they have flown half way around the world ( japan to belgium ) just to end up in my pond,also they are a bit to expensive to eat, it would be cheaper to go to a 5 star restaurant

I think they need a bigger pond though - and Lady Blue there are two that are highly prized, the 'celeste' that you talk about, and the 'deaths head' koi (The perfect specimen has a human skull - no really on the top of it's head) - representing the angel and the demon, (yin yan). I love fish and have kept them for years - spend hours watching them, some of the best listeners I've ever met
 they where just in a bucket for photographing, now they swim in a 3000 liter quarantine tank for a few weeks, after that they move to my 28 000 liter pond
