The older users here know me & my story, but for you newer guys here it goes: I started smoking at 14 years old. I quit at 40 by hypnosis...yes, it DOES work. I had smoked 2 packs a day for probably 20 years At the age of 60, I started peeing blood. I went to the doc REAL quick. From all the years of smoking, the carcinogens had settled in my bladder. I had Stage 4 bladder cancer. I went to City of Hope Hospital in Duarte, California. They performed a newer (only 5 years old) operation on me. It was all robotics. They removed my bladder, but, instead of giving me "the bag" on my side, the doctors took about 8 inches of my small intestine, formed a new bladder, reconnected all the plumbing, so I work normally. That was almost two years ago. I am cancer-free. Moral is, don't start. Even if you quit, it can still get you in unexpected ways. But better off 'em than on 'em. yeah smoke match-sticks they are safe :D have you ever noticed cigs have built in chemical timers. for me, it is 60 minutes on the dot when my brain says "you need a cig" i'm convinced it's the additive chemicals and not the tobacco doing that. i cant even smoke natural all tobacco cigs because they do not satisfy my addiction

My "timer" is 40-45 minutes. I know because I always smoke one cig after each TV episode.
