hold on.. from that angle where the arm is reaching out it makes it look like a selfie.. but the angle of where the photo was taken looks like it was taken by another person.. it could be the back! **CK!!!!!!!!!!!

I think they just have the Tshirt on backwards. My daughter can move her shoulders right back to make them look out of joint.

I believe it was taken by a 3rd party.. and it appears to be from behind. If it were from the front then the chest would bulge from the upper pectoral, which would be flexed slightly; because of the position of the arm.. Also, the shirt appears to be flat pressed against the body and there is no cavity in the center of the torso, which would indicate that it is from the back of a person and it is not the chest of the torso. My take on the arm is that what of it that is showing would be a tricep, not a bicep; because there doesn't seem to be any curvature indicating the end of the bicep and the beginning of the deltoid.. Then again! It could just be the angle of it and the picture is just a self shot that is taken from the front. I'm on the fence on this one I think..
