I was thinking of uploading a really great danish television show. In order for people to understand just a little bit of it I wanted to add english subs. Is there a great program for that or how is that done ?

It's a long process really but if you're fast. You can type each line as they talk throughout the movie on notepad. Then, you restart the movie and work the time stamps putting the lines to the times. Basically you just find out what time the first line starts, add the time and end that time to whenever the paragraph finished.

If needed for two or more sentences. You can clam one or more lines together for longer duration time. Depending on the conversation in the movie, you can do this.
