(btw this will make a good book story)
so i was having this nightmare this morning.. its too long to post the whole thing but i will start from a part. i was at some place with someone who had made a device. that device was able to bring to life people that had passed away for a short amount of time and they would sit there as ghosts and interact with you and answer you questions because it was their real spirits. now the weird thing is....... i have seen this device a couple other dreams now! in those past dreams i was trying to build it with a friend of mine! so ive been seeing this device for a while now and we also knew what the purpose of it was.... creepy huh? anyway back to the point. so i asked him to bring my grandpa. i asked him a couple of questions and i also asked him about my passed mother. he couldnt reply straight and when i asked him if he keeps her company or not and his answer was no, i flipped, and requested that i see my mother. the person who had made the device declined and offered me something else. he told me where i could find her! so i drove to that area he said, a couple of hours out of town in a deserted, few house, village as it seemed. i entered the house that looked like a motel, knocked on the first door i fount and there was no reply. as i exited the building, behind me was a black figure that seemed like a little girl. i closed the door exited the building and walked slowly away from it. (at that point i saw the little girl). i turned around and the girl literally launched herself at me and as she collided with me she disappeared! i wasnt scared so i kept looking! then another figure that looked like a girl , this time dressed in white, started hitting me. i hit her back with a stick i found multiple times as she wouldnt stop attacking me. when she was exhausted she asked me "who are you". i knelled and hugged her and as i hugged her, i screamed "UNCLE BOO"!! lol it might sound funny, but i screamed sooooo much in my dream that i actually yelled in real life and that made me wake up! i ended up telling you the whole dream (most of) but thats the only way you will kinda make sense. now please if you are an expert in dreams or at least have an opinion about it let me know as its really important to me. i tried googling uncle boo in different ways in case i get something but i didnt find anything interesting... PLEASE take a minute and read this and let me know!! i usually can figure out the meaning of many dreams but this one has got me blank. thank you again for your time. 10 replies before

LOL RusskiiFoks442 - are you yankin' my chain? If you are afraid to sleep, then say your prayer for protection and you will be fine. Of course, that is, unless you've been practicing Black Magic, then all bets are off!
![]() Or trying to conduct amateur exorcisms. Heaven help ya then! ![]() ![]() ![]() No, no black magic or devil stuff, i don't believe in it. I do believe in different plains of reality though. And i think you go to them when you're asleep. I've been afraid lately to fall asleep because i wake up screaming sometimes. And i'm afraid of bad lucid dreams happening.

Okay, RusskiiFoks442 , so you've been doing a bit of "traveling" here and there in sleep states, and you've gotten into a few very dark spots. There's a few things you can do to stay out of those areas. First, of course, is to be careful what you read before you go to bed, or watch on TV. We're most suggestive in the last hour before we normally go to bed, because we're sleepy, and we're slipping into a pre-hypnotic state. It's natural. So pick out some positive things to read, or watch on TV. That will help. Prayer helps! Even if you don't believe, it helps to focus the mind, and you can set the "intent" which helps you. If you pray for protection, and for good rest, and even bless those you love, you will sleep better. Also, you know diet affects your mental states. Some things should NOT be eaten before bedtime. You might do some reading up on that to see what to avoid. Obviously coffee and strong tea are not good at bedtime. Hot chocolate milk is. Check on the diet pointers related to sleep. And if you can keep a journal by your bed, as was suggested here earlier (by Wireless, I think?) that will help you remember what you dreamed. You might discover what's really scaring you! ![]() As a person with shamanic believes I keep dreams very close, and secret. Dreams to me are parts of myself, like characters in a password. But then again, there is a lot of different dreams. Dreams that keeps coming are special, as this one. You said you've seen this device before and that alone tells me what kind of dreaming you're up to.
So I would not be surprised if you dream this again, and again until you sort it out. Think of it as a game (do you play games?) You learn from your "mistakes" and try different ways of passing it. Same thing here. You learn. Yes, you can learn from it. (Once I had a dream were I was chased. I stopped in the middle of a forest and for a moment I had shook them off. I stood some 100 meters in front of a small cottage where a family lived. I continue to run but then someone saw me and the chase started again. I woke up and life went on... until another night. Same scenario, chased, shook'em off in the middle of the forest. The small cottage AND the knowledge that IF I run here they'll see me. So I took another way around and they didn't caught me... lesson learned.) And so can you too do. Learn. Ask different questions and when (if) you meet these girls again, try to ask them questions as well. In my opinion there is a "solution" for this and you can find it. I never interpret a dream, I dream them, live them. It helps to do as RyPeR1592 wrote, record your dreams. It's get easier every time and gives you a lot more details. Good luck //SoW Lucid dreaming is amazing! But not easy to do - even with training and practice, it's not easy to do. I think some people have a talent for it, and others really struggle. I've had lucid dreams (not many of them) but I never had the power to become lucid (awake while sleeping is what it is, but at a higher level of consciousness) just by wanting to. (Unless by some wild chance, that encounter with the "angel" a week or so back was a lucid experience... I just don't know).
i saw a comment saying that the term "uncle boo" came from a scary story i was told to when i was younger. well i dont think thats the case because my native language is Greek i was raised in Greece and only spent 2 years in america, 14-15 yrs old. how did it come then? As I mentioned to you when I gave you my interpretation, that's what I got out of hearing about your dream. I think it's possible that you came up with the term "Uncle Boo" spontaneously while dreaming that night - but the term still sounds like a reference to a ghost to me. And since we're on the subject, it also occurred to me that ArimanThorn's speculation that the two girls were actually just 2 sides of one being might have merit. Thinking about that being after I posted you, it occurred to me that what you first saw was a dark spirit (and you didn't say it looked like any girl - just a dark spirit). Then suddenly after diving at you, it disappeared and little girl in white appeared. That could have been an evil spirit, and not a "lost soul" at all.. that projected a more acceptable "little girl" image you could relate to. It's interesting that you couldn't kill "her". More interesting that "it" asked for your name! You didn't tell it your real name, I hope. That would be opening yourself up to further attacks by something that has your name. Won't get into the true power of Names here... but I sure hope you didn't give that "thing" your name! I look at my dreams exactly the same way as I look at my traveling during drumming. If I see a pink elephant I don't interpret that, I interact with it in any possible way (if it is necessary). And how do I know that? The thing is, I don't. But when I travel I have a purpose / intent and that helps me along the way and that's what's lacking when you're dreaming, you just "dreaming".
The reasons I don't is that there is so many possibilities in every given situation. An interpretation of a dream / travel gives you limited expressions... I believe there is a way lot more to gain from them (dreams). But it's possible to change that. It is possible to have an intent before you start dreaming. Just get one before you go to sleep.
