If I could go back in time to change something? Very simple. Stop the concept of religion; obliterate politics and take "Bill & Ted" with me to spread the idea of "Be Excellent to Each Other". Therefore the pitiful joke that is "Law" would would be redundant. Unfortunately, people being as we are would probably turn "Be Excellent to each other" into a religion and kill anyone who does not adhere to it.
