I am using internet explorer and evertime I pull up Ebay IE goes down. It does not do it on other site. What could be the problem?

IE is terrible. Try using the most updated Firefox or Chrome browser and see if eBay works and stays up.

Perhaps you should consider changing over to FireFox or maybe Chrome; for a more stable platform. IE is okay; however, the other two options are very stable and efficient.
Update IE to the latest version, along with flash. I used to love IE, until I wondered over to FF and then Chrome.
Just keep us updated on solving your problem.
